从客户需求在当今企业信息化过程得到的足够重视入手,深入分析了工业设计领域的客户需求理论。研究了客户需求的特性、关键技术以及客户需求的评价,建立产品研发和客户需求的响应策略,利用信息化技术提高了设计效率并创造更高的产品价值。
The theory of customer's requirement in industrial design was analyzed.The importance and especial characteristic of customer's requirement were studied,massive customization,evaluating technique and tabulation as important technique to obtain the requirement information,were stated.The strategy of product development can meet requirement and improve efficiency and production value.
