摘要 液压冲击问题一直是液压系统和液压元件常见故障之一。液压冲击使系统产生振动和噪声,不仅破坏液压元件,严重影响液压元件的使用寿命,而且严重妨碍了液压系统正常工作。本文介绍了功率键合图的基本概念,以对称阀控非对称缸的系统为例,讨论了各种液压元件的功率键合图模型的建立及解决阀控缸系统液压冲击的方法,并验证了功率键合图在分析液压系统动态特性时建模直观、可调参数多和仿真精度高的特点。 The hydraulic impact is one of the common matter in the hydraulic system.It can cause the noise and vibration,damages the hydraulic part,even influences their life.So it disturbs the use of the system seriously.The basic conceptions about bond graph were introduced.Asymmetrical cylinder controlled by symmetrical valve was taken as example,the modeling of bond graphs of various hydraulic components and the method that solves hydraulic impact of the system was discussed,which validates the characteristic of t...
