摘要
对于多品种大批量生产的制动盘生产企业,如何提高工件的检测效率对提高生产效率非常重要,采用传统的手工检测方法已经严重的影响了检测效率和检测的可信度。本文结合现场检测的实际情况,提出了一种基于微机的自动检测系统的设计方案,并对该检测系统的工作原理作了详细的阐述。采用该检测系统,每件产品的检测时间由原来的50 s缩短到16 s,运行结果表明该检测系统是可行和有效的。
