鼻咽癌及正常鼻咽组织显微红外光谱研究 被引量:3

Study on normal and malignant nasopharyngeal tissues by FTIR microscopy

摘要 利用傅立叶交换显微红外光谱法(Microscopic Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy,Micro-FTIR),对50份鼻咽癌组织及相应正常组织的石蜡切片进行检测、分析。结果显示,癌变组织与正常组织红外谱图中蛋白质酰胺Ⅰ带、酰胺Ⅱ带、磷酸二酯基团、糖原等的吸收峰不仅在位置上存在明显差别,而且癌变组织与正常组织相比,1081cm^(-1)处磷酸二酯基团的吸收峰在强度上增加了1.77±0.23倍,从侧面反映了细胞癌变过程中细胞无限增殖的特性。所以显微红外光谱法可在分子水平上将癌组织与正常组织区分开。 50 cases of paraffin sections were studied by Microscopic Fourier Transforra Infrared Spectroscopy (Micro-FTIR) technigue on cancer tissues and corresponding normai tissues of nasopharynx. The results showed that the spectra of cancer tissues were obvious difference compare with normai tissues on the position of absorption bands, such as amide Ⅰ, amide Ⅱ, phospholipid and glucogen.
