摘要 目的 确定一个在MR像上中央前回定位的解剖学标志。材料与方法  10具成人头颅标本 ,观察大脑半球中央前回的“结区” ,及“结区”在大脑半球横切面和矢状面上的形态 ;10名志愿者 ,作手部运动 ,行功能磁共振成像 (fMRI)扫描 ,观察fMRI信号与中央前回“结区”的关系 ;10 0例MR平扫图像 ,分别观察和统计“手结”在横断面和矢状面图像上出现的阳性率。结果  10具成人头颅标本 ,2 0侧大脑半球中央前回均存在明显的“结区”。大脑半球横断面上 ,此“结区”为ω形 ,在矢状面上 ,呈钩形。 10例志愿者fMRI扫描证实 ,此结是手的运动支配区 ,称为“手结”。 10 0例MR头颅平扫 ,横断面图像上 ,“手结”出现的阳性率为 98% ,矢状面图像上出现的阳性率为 88%。结论 在MR像上 ,“手结” Objective To search for an anatomical landmark for identifying the precentral gyrus on MRI.Materials and Methods The experimental specimen included 10 formalin fixed brains (20 hemispheres). Ten hemispheres were dissected in axial plane, while another 10 in sagittal plane, for the observation of precentral gyrus.
