114例出血坏死性上颌窦炎影像分析

Imaging Analysis of Hemorrhagic Necrotizing Maxillary Sinusitis(Report of 114 Cases)

分析了114例出血坏死性上颌窦炎平片(华、柯氏位)及CT 扫描的影像表现,提出X 线诊断在下述征象组合出现时较有特征性:(1)单个上颌窦腔均匀密度增高;(2)不均等的窦腔膨胀、骨质吸收甚至破坏;(3)病侧鼻腔内软组织增生。CT 扫描能更清楚地观察上颌窦内侧壁及前壁的骨质情况。

The features of plain X-ray film and CT scan of 114 cases with hemorrhagic necrotizingmaxillary sinusitis were analysed.It is pointed that the combination of following signs was thecharacteristic in X-ray diagnosis:(1)Homogeneously increased density of single maxillary sinus cavity.(2)Inequably expended sinus cavity and bony absorption or destruction.(3)Hyperplasie of soft tissue inaffected nose cavity.CT scan can demonstrate more clearly the osseous structure of lateral and anteriorwall of sinus cavity.
