摘要
以济钢球团竖炉为背景 ,根据生产观察、实验测试和理论分析 ,研究了竖炉球团干燥存在的问题及成因、危害及强化干燥的措施。结果表明 :球团干燥存在的主要问题是干燥不彻底且不均匀 ;其成因是烘床底部球团“滞留”、顶部球团“超越”及干燥气源不足等 ;主要危害是限制了竖炉产量、降低成品球质量及增加工序能耗。最后指出 。
Based on pelletizing shaft furnaces(PSF) in Jinan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd., some problems during green pellet drying in PSF were studied according to production observation, drying testing and theoretical analysis.
