摘要
本文叙述了5709对镍钴及其他杂质阳离子的溶剂萃取行为,研究了平衡水相pH值、5709浓度以及温度对阳离子分配系数的影响,特别研究了平衡水相pH值以及5709浓度对钴/镍分离系数的影响。结果表明,可以推荐的萃取参数有平衡水相PH=5.1,5709浓度为10%煤油溶液,萃取温度为50~55℃。本文还对钴/镍以及高铁的反萃取进行了研究。推荐两步反萃,即先以0.5mol/L H_2SO_4反萃钴镍,接着以0.5mol/L H_2C_2O_4反萃取Fe ̄(3+)。
