摘要
随合金标称Co含量(Wt.%)改变所引起的γ相平均自由程λ的变化所建立的两相高碳WC-Co硬质合金中比矫顽磁力Hsc同断裂韧性K_(IC)间的关系具有反向相关的线性规律:K_(IC)=31.31一27.1H_(SC);γ相成分对WC-Co合金H_(SC)和K_(IC)影响的一致往,在γ相成分相同的前提下,根据上述关系用H_(SC)对WC-Co台台的K_(IC)进行间接的非破坏性鉴定是可行的。
Ther relation of fracture toughness KIc with specific coercive force Hscof two-phase and high carbon WC-Co cemented carbides established bymeans of varying Co wt.%in alloys in order to altering γ-phase mean freepath λis opposite linear interrelationship:KIC=31.3l-27.11Hsc.Because theeffect of γ-phase composition on Hsc of WC-Co alloy is consistent with thaton KIC,evaluating KIC with Hsc according to this relation is possible whenthe γphase composition is consistent with each other.
