金属钴粉矫顽磁力研究

STUDY ON COERCITIVE FORCE OF METALLIC COBALT POWDERS

探讨了金属Ｃｏ粉和硬质合金生产用ＷＣ－Ｃｏ混合料矫顽磁大的实验规律和机理。结果表明，比矫顽磁力Ｈｓｃ是能确切表明Ｃｏ的退磁特性的实用物理量，其值与Ｃｏ结构类型有关；ＷＣ－Ｃｏ混合粉的Ｈｓｃ在Ｃｏ结构一致的条件下与其中Ｃｏ含量具有简单的正向对应关系，其值随Ｃｏ粒细化和Ｃｏ粉在混合料中分布均匀化而提高并归因于该混合物中相邻ｃＯ拉磁矩间的相互作用和颗粒间残余应力因研磨作用的增加。

The experimental regularity and the mechanism of coercitive force of me-tallic cobalt powders and WC-Co mixture powders used for WC-Co cemented carbides production have been explored,The results show that the specific Coer-citive force Hsc is practlcal physical measure which can show exactly the de-magnetization characteristic of cobalt,magnitude of which is related to struc-ture of cobalt.
