铝电解惰性阳极材料的制备及抗腐蚀研究 被引量:5

STUDIES ON FABRICATION AND CORROSION OF INERT ANODE IN FLUORIDE MELT FOR ALUMINUM ELECTROLYSIS

摘要 本文制备了包括以NiO和Fe_2O_2为基的金属陶瓷和以SnO_2为主的氧化物陶瓷的惰性阳极材料,并测试了各种性能。研究选择了两种不同温度的电解质体系,一种是以NaF-AlF_3为主的高温体系,电解温度为960℃,另一种是以NaF-KF-AlF_3为主的低温体系,电解温度为800℃;在这两种体系中分别进行了电解试验,高温体系的平均腐蚀速率为0.0015cm/h,约是低温体系的2~3倍。 A number of inert anode materials including NiO-Fe_2O_3-based cermets and ceramics of SnO_2 were fabricated for aluminum electrolysis. Their pro perties were measured separately. The corrosion resistance of these materials was tested during electrolysis in two systems,NaF-AlF_3 (high-temperature) and NaF-KF-AlF_3(low-temperature ) and the rates of corrosion approximate 0.0015cm/h and 0.0005cm/h respectively, i.e the corrosion in hightemperature system is 2~3 times that in low temperature system.
