摘要
本文在工业生产的基础上,获得了充分而必要的试验数据。研究了实际矿石及其各组分矿物在螺旋分级机中的分级行为,揭示出混杂作用对各个不同粒级的影响规律。采用反映给矿粒度分布的特征参数作为模型变量,全面考察了给矿粒度组成对分级特性的影响。从而建立了工业型螺旋分级机的数学模型。
In this paper, the behaviour of classification of ore and its mineral components in a spiral classifier is studied based on the adequate data obtained from plants. A law that expresses the effects of entrainment on different particle sizes is found. The effects of size distribution of feed on classification performance are fully studied using the characteristic parameters which can accurately describe size distribution of feed as variables of the models.
