摘要
本文利用液相色谱(反相色谱)的原理,判定钼磷杂多酸萃合物的极性大于伯胺和TBP。根据负荷有机相的红外光谱,认为萃合物属于离子缔合型化合物(pH5~7)。考虑到在pH5~7范围内,伯胺以分子形式存在,可以认为,在萃取过程中,伯胺和杂多酸先以氢键形式缔合成萃合物,[RNH_2]_6…[H_6P_2Mo_5O_(23)]…[xTBP][x<1]。由于杂多酸是强酸,伯胺是弱碱,在萃合物内部发生了质子转移而形成了离子缔合物[RNH_3]_6[P_2Mo_5O_(23)]·xTBP。
Mechanism of synergistic extraction of phosphorus from molybdate solution at pH5-7 with primary amine (RNH_2) and tributylphosphate (TBP) as solvents was studied by High Performance Liquid Chromatography, IR and UV spectra as well as chemical analysis.
