摘要
为进行锑产品深度加工,采用真空蒸馏方法精炼含Pb~1%的金属锑,获得结果如下:在温度为650~700℃,蒸馏时间为20~30min,残压小于150Pa的条件下,只经一次真空蒸馏可获得含Pb0.010~0.036%的精锑,产品含铅量已远低于1~#锑含铅标准。结果表明,采用真空蒸馏方法使金属锑深度脱铅是可行的。本课题可为工业生产提供理论依据。
For further processing of antimony, the lead removal by vacuum refining from antimony metal containing about 1% Pb has been investigated. Experimental results show that the refined antimony bearing 0.010%~0.036% Pb can be produced on such conditions as 650~700℃, 20~30 min, and the residual pressure being lower than 150 Pa. And the lead level in the antimony is far lower than the standardized lead level of the first grade antimony.It is concluded that completely eliminating lend from antimony metal by vacuum...
