摘要
研究了Na_2SiO_3、H_(205)、102对稀土浮选的作用与影响,并采用回归正交试验方法系统地研究三者之间的交互作用规律。通过回归分析建立了稀土品位、回收率与其三种药剂用量的数学模型。研究结果表明,Na_2SiO_3、H_(205)、102三者间存在强度不同的交互作用,其中以H_(205)与Na_2SiO_3作用最为强烈,H_(205)与102次之,Na_2SiO_3与102作用较弱。
The effects of reagents Na_2SiO_3、H_(205) and 102 on RE mineral flotation were studied and the intercommunion of the three reagents were also systematically studied with orthogonal regression method. The regression analyses yielded a mathematical model dealing with the dosages of the three reagents as well as grade and recovercy of RE minerals. The test results show that the intercommunion of the reagents are different, among them H_(205) and Na_2SiO_3 come the first place, H_(205) and 102 second, Na_2SiO_3...
