双层搅拌流化床焙烧锡精矿

摘要 本文针对粒级宽、细粒多、密度大,且含砷、含硫高,很难用常规的沸腾炉进行焙烧的锡情矿,开展了新工艺与新设备的研究。采用了“双层搅拌沸腾床”方案,上层脱砷,下层脱硫,取得了良好的效果。脱砷、脱硫率均大于90%,且粗粒不会沉积,细粒不易吹跑,操作十分稳定。 A new fluidized bed roasting to process tin concentrates containingmuch more fine particles,with a wide particle size distribution,higherdensity and (?)igher sulfur and arsenic content,which is hardly operatedin a conventional fluidized bed,has been developed.The effect of theroasting temperature,time,coal-to-ore ratio,gas velocities and atmos-phere on the desulphurization and dearsenification is presented.Thedesulphurization and dearsenification ratio obtained in a bi-bed stirredfluidized bed,the dearsenif...
