摘要
以邻苯三酚为调整剂,油酸钠作捕收剂,浮选分离萤石与方解石。研究表明,邻苯三酚是方解石的选择性抑制剂,人工混合矿浮选分离取得了良好的效果。借助于X 射线光电子能谱(ESCA)、红外光谱等现代测试手段,研究了邻苯三酚与矿物表面的作用机理,考察了它对捕收剂在矿物表面吸附作用的影响。应用CNDO/2(全略微分重叠)法计算邻苯三酚的分子轨道指数,确定其抑制活性最高基团,提出邻苯三酚在方解石上的吸附模型。
This paper describes the separation of fluorite from calcite by flota- tion with(1,2,3)-trihydroxybenzene as a regulator and sodium oleate as a collector.Studies indicated that(1,2,3)-trihydroxybenzene was a se- lective depressant of calcite.Good results of separation of artificial mix- ture were received.
