摘要
本文研究了常压下用硫酸高铁溶液浸出攀西闪锌矿。考查了硫酸浓度,Fe^(3+)浓度、温度、粒度及加入炭粉对锌浸出速率的影响,并对ZnS/石墨电极进行了电化学实验。研究结果表明,不加炭粉时浸出反应速度符合混合控制动力学模型,加入炭粉有利于锌的浸出,浸出反应速度遵从表面化学反应动力学模型。测定了浸出反应的表观速度常数、反应级数及表观活化能。在动力学实验基础上,探讨了浸出反应机理。
The dissolution of sphalerite in acidic Fe_2(SO_4)_3 salution was investigated in different conditions of agitation, temperature, particle size, and concentration of Fe^(3+) ions and H_2SO_4. All kinetic investigations were conducted at one atmosphere over the temperature range from 40℃ to 95℃. The activation energy for the dissolution process is 50.2KJ/mole.
