STUDY ON APPLICATION OF FUZZY CONTROL IN FLOTATION CIRCUIT

作者们以一个浮选模拟器作为假想的Fuzzy控制目标,研究发展了一种Fuzzy浮选控制器。当使用Monte-Carlo法编制的伪随机数发生器给模拟器以干扰后,模拟器的指标产生一个偏差及偏差微分。Fuzzy控制器据此对模拟器给出控制指令从而使模拟器的指标恢复到设定值。一些模拟控制运行表明,Fuzzy控制有可能成为有潜在能力的浮选回路控制方法。

Problems of using a Fuzzy controller in a flotation circuit were investigated by the authors.By assuming a simulator to be a false flotation circuit as the control object, a Fuzzy controller was created to control the performance of simulation flotation circuit.The disturbances were sent by a Monte-Carlo random number generator.The parameters used in the simulator were found by a set of data collected from lab, with the sample collected from a copper mine, Chi Ma Shan, by a non-linear regression algorithm.A...
