摘要
实验研究了低品位含硫锡精矿和锡中矿的直接烟化新工艺,并对SnO_2的硫化进行了热力学讨论。实验结果表明,在中性气氛及高温条件下,FeS可以直接硫化SnO_2。采用硫化烟化法处理低品位含硫锡精矿和锡中矿在技术上是可行的,锡的挥发率可以高达97.83~99.89%,烟尘含锡达75.71~76.01%。根据所得结果提出了相应的工艺流程。
A tin sulfide fuming process of low-grade sulfuric cassiterite concentrates and tin middlings was investigated and the thermodynamics on(Cont. on p. 57) (Cont. from p. 52)sulfurization of SnO_2 was discussed. The experimental results show that SnO_2 can be directly sulfurized by FeS in neutural atmosphere at high temperatures.
