元素硫在(NH_4)_2S+NH_3溶液中溶解的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对元素硫在(NH_3^+)_2S+NH_3溶液中的溶解规律进行了理论计算。计算结果表明,在(S(?))T=3M,(NH_3)T=8M 时,溶硫效果较佳,总溶硫量可达178.14g/l。在上述条件下,对浸出渣进行了溶硫试验,获得了溶硫率约99%的试验结果。 Theoretical calculation of elemental sulphur dissolved in (NH_4)_2S+NH_3 solution has been carried out.The result demonstrated that the optimum condition for dissol- ving sulphur was [S=] T=3M and [NH_3] T=8M.Under this condition,total dis- solved sulphur [S°]T can attain 178.14g/1.This conclusion was proved byexperi- meats which were conducted under temperature 45℃ for 3 hours and at [S=]T=3M and [NH_3]T=8M,the efficiency of dissolving elemental sulphur being about 99%.
