摘要 本文提出了—种新的微细物料连续排矿离心分选过程——离心射流流膜分选过程,并讨论了该过程的分选原理。新过程以高压水射流强冲击力、强离心沉降力和拜格诺力所组建的瞬变联合分选力场为基本特征。该力场中的瞬变脉动流膜不仅具有强化沉积粒群松散和分层作用,而且其所形成的“水力堰效应”可保证超细颗粒的回收,从而显著地提高薄流膜的分选效能。试验结果表明,锡石分选粒度下限为3微米。 A new cenLrifugal separation process with continuous discharge for fine parti- cles called the centrifugal film concentration process with injection flow is devel- oped,and the separation principle of the process is discussed.
