摘要
本文以探讨攀枝花红格矿综合利用新流程(磁铁精矿造球—回转窑还原—电炉熔化分离—分离渣熔融吹氧钠化—水浸提钒—残渣制取钛白)的可行性为目的,对流程中的一些主要环节,在理论上和实践上都作了一些有益的研究。通过热力学计算和实验室试验,认为该流程是行得通的。采用二次回归旋转设计的方法建立了熔融吹氧钠化的数学模型,经统计检验,该数学模型能够较准确地描述熔融吹氧钠化的工艺过程。
A new comprehensive process for utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite is pre- sented,which comprises pelletization,selective reduction of pellets in a rotary kiln, melting separation of slags from the molten iron in an electric furnace,injection of Na_CO_3 and Na_2SO_4 into molten slags with oxygen as carrier and recovery of vanad- ium from slags.Through thermodynamic analysis of the process,and bench-scale exper- iments the process has been proved feasible for utilization of vanadium-titanium mag- net...
