摘要
本文报导用碱法生产氧化铝如碱石灰烧结法中氯的性能,测定了原料中的氯含量,在烧结工艺中含氯矿物进行化学反应转变为 KCl、NaCl,氯在铝酸钠溶液中的含量达到1克/升,在脱硅中生成的产物是方钠石型化合物,Na_2O·Al_O_2·1.8SiO_2·nH_2O·Na_2X,X 是阴离子,如存在于溶液中的氯,氢氧化铝中的氯含量是0.002%,并给出了烧结法中的物料平衡。在拜耳法中含氯矿物的分解约80%,铝酸钠溶液中的氯超过10克/升,氯在赤泥中的产物是方钠石型或钙霞石型化合物。
