影响含锡磁铁矿球团锡还原挥发因素的工艺矿物学研究 被引量:2

摘要 对含锡磁铁矿球团还原挥发除锡新工艺过程中影响锡挥发的因素进行了工艺矿物学考察。结果证明造成锡挥发率波动的主要原因有:(1)还原程度的波动;(2)孔隙度的影响;(3)过高温度下还原可能出现副反应,进而提高了锡在球团内的残留量。因此,有效控制上述因素是获得锡的高挥发率所必要的。本研究可作为应用工艺矿物学来解决提取冶金中存在问题并指导工艺研究选择最佳条件的成功事例。 A successful example is described in this paper,in which some problems arising from extractive metallurgy were solved and the optimum process conditions were sele- cted by means of process mineralogy. The raw material tested in the extractive melallurgy was magnetite concentrate containing 0.124% Sn and 0.26% Zn,and most of Sn and Zn occurred individually in the forms of cassiterite and zinciferous spinel sized less than 10 micrometers,so it was impossible to separate Sn and Zn from magnetite by mechanical ...
