摘要
通过对无阀气功冲击机构的动态特性分析,本文提出了性能参数计算,的线性加速度法,改进了 B.M.莫斯特科夫提出的分段法概念上的不严密性,给出了和实验结果相吻合的运动学方程。所建立的配气尺寸与性能参数间的函数关系,为机构的相似分析和优化设计提供了理论依据。通过计算前、后气室压气在各不同阶段的功,给出了气体做功和活塞:冲击能的关系。本文提出的理论方法,便于工程设计应用,并得到了实验验证。
Having analysed the dynamic character of valveless pneumatic percussive mechani- sm,this paper provides a linear acceleration method for calculating characteristic par- ameters,and corrects B.M.Mostkov's non-strict nature of theory,and gives the equation of kinematics which is identical with experiments.The function relationship between the dimension of match pressure-air and charateristic parameter has provided the theoretical basis for similar analysis and optimal design of mechanism.
