Cost-Effectiveness Analysis of 3 Therapeutic Schemes for Original Light-middling Hypertension

目的评价3种原发性轻、中度高血压治疗方案的成本-效果。方法将279例原发性轻、中度高血压患者随机分成A、B、C组,分别服用硝苯地平控释片、坎地沙坦酯片、硝苯地平控释片+坎地沙坦酯片,全程观察时间为2y,观察疗效、记录不良反应,并进行成本-效果分析。结果A、B、C组成本分别为8641.24、7202.09、7632.75元,总有效率分别为64.52%、78.49%、91.40%,成本-效果比分别为133.93、91.76、83.51,A、C组相对于B组的增量成本-效果比分别为—103.02、33.36。结论C方案为较佳治疗方案。
