摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定人血清中马兜铃酸Ⅰ、Ⅱ含量的方法。方法色谱柱为C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(72∶27∶1),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果马兜铃酸Ⅰ、Ⅱ检测浓度线性范围分别为0.84~13.50μg/ml(r=0.9997,n=5)、2.03~32.50μg/ml(r=0.9994,n=5),最低检测浓度分别为0.3、0.1μg/ml。结论本方法简便、易行,可为临床诊治马兜铃酸肾病提供依据。
