摘要
目的探讨我国特殊管理药品的监管体制。方法对比和分析我国与美国、荷兰和我国台湾地区的特殊管理药品监管体制。结果与结论特殊管理药品存在2种监管模式,即混合模式和独立模式。我国宜采用独立模式,成立特殊管理药品局,以加强对特殊管理药品的监管和合理应用。
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the supervision system of special drugs.METHODS:The supervision institution of China,American,Taiwan and Netherlands were analyzed comparatively.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:There are two modes for the management of special drugs,i.e.mixed mode and independent mode;however,the latter should be adopted in China.And we should set up special drug control agency to strengthen the supervision and rational administration of the special drugs.
