摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法测定天年颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Shim-packC18,流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68),流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃,漂移管温度为105℃,载气流量为4.1L/min。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在1.02μg^10.20μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为97.83%(RSD=1.67%)。结论本方法简便、可靠、重现性好、灵敏度高、专属性强。
OBJECTIVE:To eastablish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Tiannian granule.METHODS:The separation was performed on a Shim-pack C 18 with acetonitrile-water(32∶68)as mobile phase at a flow rate of1.0ml/min.The column temperature was 30℃ and drift tube temperature was 105℃.The carrier gas flow rate was 4.1L/min.RESULTS:The linear range for astragaloside Ⅳ was 1.02~10.20μg(r=0.9992),with mean recovery rate at 97.83%(RSD=1.67%).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,reliable,reproducible,s...
