摘要
建立了晶体检波器检波电压同功率的数学模型,提出了利用精密衰减嚣及功率计修正检波器非线性特性的新方法。实验表明修正后检波器的平方律检波动态范围扩展至30dB,非线性误差小于±0.02dB。
The mothematical model for detector determining the microwave input power as a function of the detector output voltage is given. A new method for calibrating the nonlinearity of diode detector by means of accurate attenuator or power meter is discussed. Tests indicate that the square-law detect dynamic range is increased up to 30 dB and the errors of nonlinearity is less than±0.02 dB after calibrating.
