摘要
目的:探讨益生注射液抗睾丸缺血再灌注损伤作用。方法:建立人尸睾丸离体缺血再灌注损伤模型,用益生注射液干预 后,观察睾丸形态,并以DNA原位缺口末端标记(TUNEL)技术显示生精细胞凋亡,NADPHd法显示一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性,硝 酸盐还原酶法测定组织匀浆一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果:缺血再灌注使睾丸组织结构破坏,生精细胞凋亡指数增高,一氧化氮合酶 活性增强,一氧化氮合成增多(与正常对照相比,P分别小于0.01,0.05和0.01);益生注射液明显改善了睾丸组织形态,并使细胞凋 亡指数、一氧化氮合酶活性及一氧化氮生成量显著下降(与正常对照组相比,P均大于0.05)。结论:提示益生注射液可保持睾丸组 织中NO的正常含量,从而具有抗睾丸缺血再灌注损伤的作用。
OBJECTIVE To explore the protective mechanism and effect of Yisheng injection against isch emia-reperfusion injury (IRI) in human testes.METHODS Isolated human testes' IRI model was set up, and Yisheng injection was used in the experimental group.
