尘螨变应原疫苗的疗效观察

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of dust mite allergen vaccine in the treat ment of allergic rhinitis and asthma patients

目的:评价尘螨变应原疫苗治疗变应性鼻炎伴哮喘患者的疗效及安全性。方法:采用病例自身对照方法,比较120例尘螨 变应性鼻炎伴哮喘患者在尘螨变应原疫苗脱敏治疗前后的症状积分、肺功能及血清sIgE及IL 4水平。结果:120例患者中有115 人坚持完脱敏治疗,治疗前后的症状积分分别为(11.2±3.6)及(5.2±2.8),肺功能FEV1分别为(1.86±0.62)L,(2.24±0.72)L, PEFR分别为(6.4±2.2)L·s-1,(7.6±2.7)L·s-1,血清尘螨sIgE水平分别为(18.3±3.2)KUA·L-1及(4.2±1.8)KUA·L-1,IL 4 水平为(624.8±86.4)μg·L-1及(372.3±78.4)μg·L-1,均具统计学意义(P<0.01)。115人中有47人出现局部不良反应,未出现1 例全身不良反应。结论:尘螨变应原疫苗是治疗变应性鼻炎伴过敏性哮喘的有效、安全的药物。

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and safety of dust mite vaccine for the treatment of dus t mite -allergic rhinitis and asthma patients. METHODS Self-contrast method was used to compare the symptom score,lung function, leve l of serum specific IgE and IL-4 pre and post specific immunotherapy of the 120 dust mite-allergic patients.RESULTS 115 patients completed the study.
