摘要  目的:通过增溶法优化紫杉醇冻干注射剂处方,并进行过敏性试验。方法:以羟丙基 β 环糊精和聚乙二醇1500作增溶剂, 冷冻干燥法制备紫杉醇冻干注射剂,并以泰素(Taxol)为对照,对两种剂型进行了过敏试验比较。结果:紫杉醇冻干注射剂在生理 盐水中较稳定;豚鼠过敏性明显地低于泰素。结论:羟丙基 β 环糊精和PEG作为紫杉醇冻干注射剂的增溶剂,可有效降低过敏反 应发生率和提高安全性。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the prescription of lyophilized paclitaxel for injection and to co nduct, hypersusceptibility test.METHODS The injection was prepared by lyophilization with the hydropropyl-β-cyclode xtrin and polyethylene glycol(PEG) 1 500 as solubilizing agent.
