郁福来胶囊质量控制标准

Study on quality control of Yufulai capsules

目的:制定郁福来胶囊的质量控制标准。方法:采用薄层层析(TLC)法对郁福来胶囊中金丝桃素、芦丁、槲皮素进行定性 鉴别。在589nm波长处采用比色法测定郁福来胶囊中总金丝桃素的含量。以芦丁为参照,在500nm波长处比色法测定郁福来胶囊 中总黄酮的含量。结果:金丝桃素的Rf值在0.6左右,芦丁和槲皮素的Rf分别为0.3和0.8左右,与其他斑点分离效果好。金丝桃 素在2.04～13.60mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率和RSD分别为96.73%,1.30%(n=6)。芦丁在0.012～0.072mg ·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率和RSD分别为100.96%,1.05%(n=6)。结论:定性和定量分析的方法简便,结果稳定 可靠,可用于郁福来胶囊的质量控制。
