摘要
新研制的蒸汽驱用隔热油管采用预应力真空隔热双层结构,主要由内管、外管、隔热衬套、衬管和接箍等组成。隔热油管联接采用长圆螺纹,具有良好的密封和抗粘扣性能;管材化学成分中加入耐高温和适当的合金元素,其力学性能和焊接性能满足要求;隔热油管的视导热系数达到E级。辽河油田分公司齐40块和高3区的蒸汽驱先导试验表明,这种隔热油管使用时未发生变形,测井仪器下放不受影响,各项性能满足设计要求。
The newly-developed insulated tubing for steam drive uses prestress vacuum insulated dual-layer structure and mainly consists of inner tube,outer tube,insulated jacket,liner and coupling.The insulated tubing is connected with long and round thread,showing good sealing and anti-cohesive behavior.The chemical composition of the tubular is added with adequate anti-high temperature alloy element,whose mechanical property and welding performance can meet the demand.The apparent thermal conductivity coefficient o...
