摘要
用专用设备模拟离心泵运行工况,对密封环处泄漏量进行直接测量,用3种方法对常用密封结构的泄漏量特性及环形缝隙密封处的动扬程作了试验。经试验和统计,得出了泄漏量的计算公式,以及泄漏量系数与密封环结构的关系,为在无接触工况下确定较小的液体泄漏提供了理论依据。
On a special equipment simulating the working condition of centrifugal pump, the leakage characteristics and the pressure at the sealed annulus of conventional packing rings are in- vestigated in three different ways.Based on statistics, the tormula for calculating the leakage and the relationship between leakage coefficient and packing ring structure are worked out.
