应用基于模糊集合理论的故障树分析法,即模糊故障树分析法,对在用钻机塔形井架的可靠性进行评定。运用模糊算子可大大简化故障树结构函数的计算过程。通过语言变量可定量地描述故障树底事件发生的模糊性,且处理方便。而引入模糊重要度概念评价底事件,其物理意义明确,计算简单。

The reliability of on-site rig derricks can be evaluated by fuzzy fault tree analysis based on the fuzzy set theory.The calculation of the structure functions of the fault tree can be simplified greatly by means of fuzzy operator.The fuzziness of the occurrence of the fault tree bottom events can be described quantitatively by language variable,The introduction of the concept of the importance degree of fuzziness for evaluating the bottom events results in clear physical significance and simple calculation.
