摘要
试验以花生种子为材料,硅胶作干燥剂,超干后的花生种子含水量为3%,2%,1%,分别密封贮于O℃,室温,45℃。结果表明:超干后立即发芽,各级超低含水量种子生活力与原始含水量的生活力没有明显差异,种子在室内回湿后发芽,各级超低含水量种子生活力与原始的亦无明显差异,超干燥至1%水分,花生种子无干燥损伤。回湿后的活力指数比不回湿的高,回湿可以提高超低含水量的种子活力。贮存10,20,30个月后测定生活力表明:最耐贮存寿命最长的是2%含水量的种子,耐贮程度排列次序是2%>3%>1%>4.4%。花生种子超低含水量的临界水分是2%,室温贮存的种子最佳含水量3%~2%,0℃贮存的种子最佳含水量4.4%~3%。
Seeds of peanut (AracAis hypogaea) were dried using silica gel as desiccating agent to study ultradry in this experiment. After their moisture content(MC) were gained at 3, 2. and 1%, seeds were stored hermetically at 0℃, room temperature (RT) and 45℃, respectively.
