棉花种子碱性脂解酶的特性

摘要 通过对棉花种子脂解酶特性的研究,发现棉花种子脂解酶有显著的碱性特性,不能水解甘油棕榈酸三酯,并具有较好的稳定性。它在耐热性、对金属离子及去污剂等的反应上与其它脂解酶基本相似。 Abstract: The study result of the lipase character in the cotton seed is showed in this paper. there are a typical alkaline character and better stability in the lipase of the cotton seed. The lipase of the cotton seed don't hydrolyze palmttin. In the other characters, such as hwat-resisting & action with metal ion and remover, the lipase of the cotton seed is the same as other Upases
