摘要
两种含水量11.8%和6.7%的小麦农大139种子,在0—5℃保存近12年后,还有70%的萌发率,由于含水量不同引起发芽率的差异不明显。保存后的小麦种子在40℃相对湿度100%的条件下老化。老化初期,两种含水量种子的萌发力下降较慢。老化5天以后,含水量11.8%的种子的发芽势和发芽率明显高于含水量6.7%的种子。试验结果证明在0—5℃保存近12年后,含水量11.8%的小麦种子活力高于含水量6.7%的种子。
Seeds of wheat(Triticum estivum L.)CV. "nongda 139 "with two kinds of water content 11.8% and 6. 7% both had about 70% germination percentage after storage at 0-5℃ for about 12 years.
