摘要
韭菜和高粱种子在温度为70℃,含水量分别为5.8%~1.8%和9.8%~4.3%的密封保存条件下,寿命与含水量呈负对数关系,表明含水量越低,寿命越长,但上述对数关系的应用有一定的限制。高粱种子的临界含水量为4.3%,在该临界值以下进一步降低含水量,寿命不再增加;韭菜种子的临界含水量为1.83%或1.83%以下,但不管该临界值是多少,都大大低于5%,说明韭菜种子的超干燥保存是一种很有希望的保存方法。
Seeds of Chinese Chive and Sorghum (Sorghum vulgare Pers.) showed negative logarithmic relations between longevity and moisture contents between 5. 80% and 1. 83% and 9. 76% and 4. 33%, respectively, in hermetic storage at 70°C.
