Progress and Strategy in Research on Parental Utilization in Poplar Cross Breeding

本文综述了世界杨树杂交育种亲本利用研究的历史和现状,着重介绍了利用多水平变异选择亲本的现代杂交育种的进展。提出了我国杨树杂交育种的对策。

This paper presents a three-stage history of the poplar cross breeding inaccordance with the mode of parental utilization and gives the basic traits and a patternof procedure of cross breeding at each development stage. Key points are given of theprogress in modern cross breeding through parental selection with multi-level variationof individual phenotype and genotype and various provenance.
