我国体育政策的制定与实施机制的研究

Research on the System of Making and Carrying out the Sports Policies

改革开放以来,我国颁布了一系列体育政策法规。由于缺乏科学的实施机制,使这些体育政策法规不能得到很好地实施,影响了政府的施政效率,对我国体育事业的发展也是一个不小的损失。笔者从制度分析的角度出发,研究我国体育政策法规制订实施过程中的机制问题。

After the reforming, China has made and carried out a series of sports policies. Because the lack of scientific system, these policies have not been carried out well, which has hindered both the government from working efficiently and the sports from developing quickly. The author of this article gave an analysis on the policies system, trying to solve the problems in the process of making and carrying out sports policies.
