摘要 瘦素是由脂肪组织分泌的具有增加能量消耗、减少食物摄取、减少体脂、控制体重和调节能量平衡的一种激素,与体脂含量密切相关,其分泌受多种因素影响。急性运动对血中瘦素的影响有不变和下降的不同结果;长期运动训练可降低血瘦素的含量,这是由于体脂量的下降所致。运动对血瘦素的效应存在着延时性。 Leptin is secreted from adipose tissue and has been shown to increase energy expenditure, decrease food intake, reduce body fat, control bodyweight and regulate energy balance. Many different factors are involved in leptin synthesis. Studies examining the effects of a single exercise session and plasma leptin have found conflicting results (no change or reduction); long term exercise training can reduce plasma leptin concentrations and this is due to decreased body mass.
