摘要
从运动生化的角度揭示了运动减脂的机制,发现最大心率强度的60%的长时间有氧运动与力量练习结合是最佳的减脂方法;并在此基础上提出运动减脂时合理的营养膳食结构和该运动补液的特点。为参加体育运动减少体脂,控制体重,维持健康水平提供理论依据。
