摘要
社会人口老龄化,老年人的心理健康问题越来越受到全社会的关注。老年健身活动得到大家的普遍青睐,健身能否健心呢?笔者经过深入调查与访问发现:体育锻炼不仅能健身,而更为重要的是建立了良好的老年心态,具有十大方面的益处。
With the increasing population of elderly people in our society, the elderly people psychology health is more and more important. It is very popular for people to do physical exercise in China. Does physical exercise be beneficial for their psychology? According to deep investing and research, this paper told us that physical exercise not only builds the bodies, but also establishes the good psychology statement. It has benefit on 10 different fields. Elderly people should do physical exercise actively.
