摘要
用放射免疫测定法调查了75名运动员的血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽水平,发现运动员血浆内皮素和降钙素基因相关肽基础水平均高于普通青少年。运动员的这种心血管内分泌改变对增加心肌收缩性;调节冠状血管张力;改善心肌供血有重要的生理意义。
The basic levels of plasma endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) were measured by radioimmunoassay in 75 health athletes at rest. The results showed that the basic levels of plasma ET and CGRP in athletes were significantly higher than that in the ordinary young men, It is suggested that the change of cardiovascular endocrine in athletes plays an important physiological role in increasing contractility and blood-supply of cardiac muscle.
