摘要
１９９８ 年全国“东亚杯”自由式摔跤锦标赛抱腿手法统计资料表明： 现代摔跤中手法的应用不仅能更有效、准确及时地抓住战机将对方摔倒， 而且对于提高训练质量起着不可忽视的作用。
According to the statistics about embracing leg techniques in 1998 National "East-Asia Cup" Freestyle Wrestling Championship, in modern wrestling, the use of hand techniques is not only important for grasping the opportunity more effectively and accurately to make opponent lose his balance at right time,but also is indispensable for improving training quality.
