从体育哲学的角度出发，以人的发展为主线，阐述了在社会主义市场经济下，高校体育教学必须确立并始终坚持以增加学生身心健康为主导地位，注重培养学生体育意识促成其自我价值实现的指导思想。

From the viewpoint of P.E. physioloph and the devolopment of humanbeing ,the authors discussed that teaching of college of P.E. establishing and the guidng position of building up sound in body and in mind for students should be persisted in.We should develop consciousness of P.E. in students. In a word the guiding ideology of self-value should be acheived.
